NVC cant confirm if they received docs

Hi there,

Our petition was an F2a, we sent in an email as advised to do so by an nvc employee with a naturalisation cert requesting to be upgraded to an IR1 applications - phoned today 2 weeks or so later to ask if they recieved it, and they said they cant tell, even when I pushed over the phone they wouldn;t budge? anyone have any experience on this?

We have an IIN and a case number - but when we put it online, we get the process of termination error, which I think means its in the process of invoicing us, according to this site - but we asked over the phone and nvc said we werent yet upgraded to an IR1.

Don't know what to do? just wait? have all our docs ready to send in,.

Same case with me

I became natiralized on November 5 2014 and on the same day i send requests to upgrade my case to ir1 along with naturalization caertificate and callec the two weeks after they said they dont have it and told me to resend which i did again on November 20 and callex them after a week afain thay said they dont have it and told me to email and i have emailed them like 4-5 times ad now waiting to hear from them. I think they dont really look at the receiver or watever.. On the 2nd mail i send on November 20 someone received it and signed it i can see in the fedex tracking but y nvc said they dont find that ?i don no how they work,its like 55 days from the first time i send the request but still notjing thats sucks alot . Plz keep update about ur case

I have the same problem. send the same documents twice and they still say I missing stuff.
