Hello everyone,

My fiance ( the petitioner ) is disabled & she has partial medicaid.
Will her medicaid change once we get married and have a sponsor??
I'm not worried about me personally, I'm just concerned about my fiance ( the petitioner )....
What other benefits will she lose after get married?

Once you arrive and start working your income will count as household income and will affect the level of monies she is entitled to.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
