Can I ask which forms affidavit of support did your finance bring to interview?

Yes, she took the original I-134 that I filled out and signed along with my tax transcript (I printed this from the IRS website). I provided an official status of employment from my employer showing my current income and good status with the company signed by my boss I logged into my bank checking account online and printed off every deposit that was made to my account within the past year (consisted mostly of my electronic paycheck deposits). I also provided my most recent W-2 and my two most recent pay stubs.

I think it would have been best to provide a notarized statement from my bank showing all deposits, but I didn't allow myself enough time to schedule an appointment with them and felt I had enough evidence that it wouldn't matter much anyway.

One thing that made me nervous about I-134 is that I don't currently have life insurance, so I wondered if that would cause problems, but it didn't. I plan on getting life insurance after we are married.
