Preferred names on G-325A?

My fiance uses a preferred name online but has not legally changed his name. Should we list this on the G-325A where it says "All Other Names Used (include names by previous marriages)"?

Since all of our online correspondences, which we're submitting as supporting evidence, uses his preferred name, I've stated this fact in both the statement of meeting as well as on the contents page for our evidence. But I want to be 100% certain I'm not missing something important/making a mistake on this form.

08/14/2014: The Proposal (but in Mexico, not Alaska)

02/27/2015: Flight of the Application

03/03/2015: Reception (Christopher NOA1an's latest masterpiece)

05/11/20116: Engagement ended for familial reasons

Take the instructions quite literally. You would do well to not over-analyze it. :thumbs:

Yes. Include his "preferred name". They don't judge... As far as I know. It's a name he uses, so it should be listed.
