Waiting an update for AOS, EAD and AP after RFE Response

Hello everyone. I'm just so worried about my status because it's almost 60days after I sent my RFE response but until now there is no update in my status. Is there anybody with the same status and timeline as mine? What do you think I need to do with this? I really need job so I could help with financial. Thank you.

I had an RFE ( request for initial evidence) also and it is now past the 60 day mark. There is no update regarding my I485 but on day 91 (counting from my NOA1), i called uscis informing them it was past the alloted 90 days to approve the EAD and AP (advance parole). A service request was made and it seemed they wouldn't heed my request as I got a generic letter 6 days later stating it was still within normal processing time. In spite of this, I got my EAD approved on that very day! Take a look at my signature.

I suggest you call uscis tomorrow, hopefully you'll hear good news this week. Hang in there.

RFE means Request for Evidence. What do you mean we're both in AP? Are you referring to Administrative Procecessing or Advance Parole?

Really? So how many days exactly when you got approved or received your EAD? Coz mine, it will be the 60th day on Jan. 3 since we submitted my RFE response on Nov. 3 and they received it Nov. 5, we plan to call on Jan. 3 to ask for an update.

My EAD was approved on Dec 15th, receipt date on my application was Sept 8th -98 days later. And this was 55 days after my status changed to "RFE response review"

I think there is no AP status for AOS.

You are within range. Your EAD will most likely be approved soon and hopefully you'll get an update on the I485. With these guys there's just no certainty. Only that it will happen... Soon ?

Thank you so much. I am patiently waiting for it but yes, hopefully it will happen. That's all I want for Christmas and New Year.
