My fiancè is arriving to Miami at 9:00 am on a K-1 Visa. Will a 3 hour layover be enough time to get thru immigration and make the connection? How can I see the amount of other international flights arriving around the same time?

From my experience in MIA, I would say No. Also, when you POE, they place you in a separate room and then call your name.

Chck the reviews on Miami here: http://www.visajourney.com/reviews/poereviews.php?poe=Miami&dfilter=0

Well, it's definitely something hard to predict! I have been in Miami several times and sometimes it didn't take me more than 30 minutes but once or twice it took me something like 3 hours and I almost lost my connection to Canada. It depends on how busy is the day and how many flights are arriving at the same time. But don't worry, they're aware of the delays there and if she misses her flight they will put her in the next available one.

I usually travel thru Miami or Atlanta. The longest I've waited in Miami was 30 mins but I'm a USC. Seems afternoons are busier. If I booked to go thru Atlanta it would've been a 4 hour layover. Same departure time from originating country. To go through ATL is $50 cheaper but the officers in ATL are so rude! Guess he'll have to deal with it
