How many people live in the petitioner's household that they are responsible for in a tax sense? Do you have a joint sponsor?

Your wife is the petitioner? Does she have a joint sponsor?

Her household count is 4 at the moment - immigrant, 2 children, herself.

Does her mother live with her? Does anyone else live with your wife?

(double post corrected)

my wife is a citizen us, I live outside the usa and she lives with our two children and mother in the same house. it was his mother who filed his papers for the support.

okay

1) your wife is always the main sponsor and needs to file an I-864

2) it sounds like your mother-in-law (belle-mère) is also a joint sponsor. (coparrainer?) Does she work?

You may get the best luck if your wife comes on here since she likely speaks and types in better english. OR you can go to your regional forum and ask questions there in french to get the answers you need. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/89-africa-sub-saharan/

Anywhere from 50 to 60 days from the day they receive your corrected forms they will review and accept. No one can say how long after that a interview but for your country maybe a month after that Case Complete would be a good guess.

So at best you are looking at a February Case Complete and maybe being in the interview queue for a April interview.

Case Complete to Interview spreadsheet

From now on your VJ Member name will be verified. If the name you put on form to be added to spreadsheet comes up not found, you will not be added to the spreadsheet. If you don't have a timeline you will not be added to the spreadsheet.

Please Please put your VJ member name only. Not nicknames or real names whatever your VJ name is. It's below your profile picture!!
