My fiancè is about ready to travel now with his K-1 Visa. When he comes thru his POE is there a specific form or paper he needs to keep or ask for? I've seen something about an I-94 or something....

On the airplane he will fill out a declaration form and that's it. He has to give the officer the declaration form, passport and the sealed packet. The I-94 is something that is filled out by the officer.

Congrats. The I-94 is now found on line after POE. After he arrives use this link https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/request.htmlfill out the form and you can print out the I-94.
