Hola, mis amigos!

My fiance and I are currently enjoying some time together in Mexico City, and while we're here--since we're finally close to securing a co-sponsor after some financial upsets earlier this year--we're putting together the finishing touches on our application.

We currently have the following in the fill-in box for Question 34.a on the I-129F form: We met online at SuperTova.com in Jan. 2010 and met in person in Mexico on April 16, 2014. See: I-129F Supplement: Part 2, Question 34.A

We're trying to keep the supplement to a single page. So far, I've written about our initial meeting online, that we stayed in contact via Facebook until our friendship turned romantic in August 2013, and that he uses a preferred name (not his legal name) online. Then I've mentioned the dates of the three trips I've taken to visit him, including sparse details of what we did (such as the cities we visited); I've also added a note on important events, such as formalizing our engagement this past August and that, during this trip, I've met his parents and although his are not especially supportive of our relationship, my family is fully supportive.

Now for my questions:

1. As far as what I've included, should I add anything else? We will be including snippets of our correspondences, copies of my passport and boarding passes, and pictures from our trips as supportive evidence.

2. Should I include any header information beyond "I-129F Supplement: Part 2, Question 34.A"?

3. A previous poster said we should add the statement "I swear under penalty of perjury that the above statements are true and accurate to the best of my knowledge and ability at the time that I made them" to the letter where we sign/date. Yes or no?

4. Who signs: me--the petitioner--or both of us? We're trying to get all documents that he needs to sign printed here so we can avoid shipping delays; the Mexican postal service is not exactly swift, if you follow.

Thank you for all of your help--especially since we're still enjoying the holiday season. Thank you!
