once I paid AOS for my parents it gave me " if you are petitioning for brother, sister or parent(s) you will only need to pay one AOS fee for this case and all other related cases" . question is now they are asking for $325. does that mean I pay for each? total of 650, or is it just 325 for both?? I am really confused.

Your title says IV fee but you are talking here about the AOS fee. The IV fee yes is $325 per person you have to pay each. The new $125 AOS fee you can pay just the $125 for all of them if they are all combined together with separate case#'s even.

So AOS one fee yes $125

IV $325 times the # of cases

Does both your parents have their own case number?

Meaning, they each filled out a petition? or where they both on ONE application?

each has different case number, and you would think I would have to pay 2 fees of aos, but no they only let me pay one aos fee. so now the IV fee is due, do I pay 2 fees?

So, based on your info, once the AOS' fee has been paid for one applicant, the other gets away with the payment?

And what are those cases "if they're combined together"? Could you give an example of that?

Because I'm helping my one of my friends to get her parents over here and they have separate cases assigned with.

So, I think there should be 2 separate payments for each parent: for each AOS application and IV (DS-260).

Yes when people have petitions together. Like if I submit 4 petition mother father sister brother I have 1 AOS fee and 4 IV fees.

Each has their own Case# But One petitioner that's what links them together.

You still have to send in 4 separate AOS packages (4- I-864 packages but just one fee).

So, what is gonna be displayed on-line for the 2nd parent, once the 1st parent's AOS' fee gets paid?

Something like "Paid" or "N/A"?

Thank you.

That I wouldn't know. I doubt N/A it does apply and it is paid it's all inclusive.

It will have each person listed I do know that.
