...tiny point here - and we all know this - but remember it has to be a Certified birth certificate - new style - they want to see the names of both the parents on the birth certificate... (some of the old style USA birth certificates did not show the full names of both parents - plus you will need it to book the marriage anyway - so get an extra copy )

If she has a passport she can use that to book the marriage (I assume you're talking about the license at the court house)

a G-325a is required for both the Beneficiary AND the Petitioner.

Not for AOS from a K-1. Only the adjustment applicant (foreign spouse) needs to provide one with the initial filing.

When you file the I-485, the applicant is the one that needs to provide the G-325A and birth certificate with English translation. The USC petitioner/spouse only needs to provide the I-864 and supporting documents. It is not typical to receive an RFE asking for those documents from the USC spouse. There must be some reason the USCIS is asking for that info from the USC petitioner/spouse. Just provide what the RFE is asking you for.

Also, you can list your step children on the form under your spouse in Part B. You put they were born in the US and NO they are not applying with you. Leaving the USC's adult children off of your I-485 should have been fine though, but if they are asking for that in info in your RFE, then give it to them. What exactly does your RFE say? Could you scan it in and block out your personal info so you could upload it here?

For the part B..... are we to list myself (USC Petitioner) there for myself as her spouse once we are married? Confused about that part....
