second sealed envelope

My fiance received a second sealed white envelope from the embassy in Ghana. I'm almost certain that it contains his x rays. Does anyone know if I should open this? Thanks.

Never open the sealed package. This package will be opened by CBP at the POE.

agreed, if it is closed just leave it. Leave it to the officer at the POE to give you what you need from the packet, if anything

In my case, the second sealed envelope contained a copy of the medical records as prepared

by the panel doctor in Amsterdam. I was told that these may be needed for the AOS process

later on, and to keep them sealed.

So, the "big" envelope was for the CBP officer at the airport ("U.S. Govenment Official Business,

DO NOT OPEN" etc etc), and the second one was smaller, and was labelled as to contain a copy

of the medical records.

My xrays and vaccination report was in a third (unsealed) envelope, labelled as "personal copy".
