Questions on G325A- (filing I129F)
Struggling with this form bc from what I understand it has to be perfect. So on my fiance's last address for 5 years- he's had the same one for 5 1/2, so is it ok to put N/A in the other lines?
Also on his parents birthdays- he doesn't know the dates and they are deceased. He was in a orphanage after they died so... not alot of records ... I am going to put a "See Attached" to explain, but I am just looking for some advice as I finish these up. Thanks so much!

N/A is fine in the address as it will show the years lived in current home.

You don't have to put information down for parents if it is not known.

Put n/a or just deceased.

It's just general information, nothing to fret over.

You imply you are writing his G325A which is fine but he will have to give it a wet signature.

No need to put N/A for the rest of the address lines. Just put his current address dating from when he started living there to the present. The rest of the lines for that section can be left blank.

If their birth dates are not known, then simply put Unknown for those. If the form won't let you type in Unknown, then leave it blank and hand-write Unknown after you print out the form. Where it asks for their residence, put Deceased.
