If you withhold any important information from USCIS in your application then it might be a problem. Remember that one of the main criteria for naturalization eligibility is you must be of good moral character.

But I don't know much about your circumstances so I can't advise you further.

1. technically, yes, but practically, no

2. correct them at your interview when they go over the N400 line-by-line

3. maybe. depends what you were arrested for.

4. no idea

5. no

6. no (bizarre question)

This does not constitute legal advice. Seek professional immigration counsel if you are unsure. These are solely my opinion and I am in no way counseling you to follow the recommendations.

He means that technically you're supposed to list everything Every club and every society you've ever been a member of But it's not practical to list all these things If you were wrote for the high school newspaper and you were on the middle school volleyball team, and the chess club in elementary school Most people are not going to remember all that stuff. So I would list of things that you remember The major things. Since you remember the ones that you asked about why not go ahead and list them?

If you are arrested and not convicted, then they will need to see the court disposition documents. The arrest itself should not affect your naturalization if you were not convicted. However, you still have to report the arrest, even if the records were expunged.

In the instructions for the n-400 form it states that if ANY part of the question applies to you, or has ever applied to you you must answer "yes" and on an additional sheet of paper and submit the appropriate support documentation or evidence...

1) I am not sure if you should include fitness and cardio martial art membership on the form but I think you could include that and give an explanation of the nature of your membership. I honestly do no think you need to include but for your piece of mind you could include it.

2) again, if you read the instructions they tell you that if you make any mistakes you need to fill out a new form...now if you just realized your mistakes after you sent in your application the best way to go about it is to be honest. Like someone else suggested here, go over it at the interview and tell your interviewer what happened

3)please read the instructions; they will help- even if the case was dismissed, the USCIS still wants you to disclose that information. Cannot tell you if that would affect your citizenship or not. I have no legal knowledge whatsoever. I am just an applicant like you.

4) If you did not file tax for 2009 you just have to disclose that and give explanation of the reason why; explain why you did not file.

5) Unless you want to spend some money, or you really think you need a legal representative with you. Otherwise I don't see the need. But again, that is just my opinion.

6) My opinion is that you need to go to your interview with open mind and just be honest about all the questions. I don't think you should withdraw your application.

I am sorry I cannot be of more help. I think you will find your answers if you read the n-400 instructions and talk with more VJrs. They are of great help. Good luck!

thank you a lot for responding

yes I did send the application and after that I start finding mistakes on it, honest mistakes.

4) I did file late taxes for 2009 and been processed and I do not owe any money.

5)does a lawyer make any difference at the interview?

7)does the union ( electricians ,carpenters.......) considered communist parties ?

8) does all dates have to be exact ( dates of work ,residence, and schooling history)?

I filed my N400 to fast and sent it and now after looking online I am so confused ,

4) I did file late taxes for 2009 and been processed and I do not owe any money.-then you should be good in my opinion

5)does a lawyer make any difference at the interview? -I honestly doubt it, but that is just my opinion. Having done my AOS without the help of any actual lawyer, and counting only on the help of good people on this site who have been through the same process, I do not see the need for a lawyer.

7)does the union ( electricians ,carpenters.......) considered communist parties ?- I have no idea about this. Was the carpenters union considered communist or anti-communist. Don't know the answer, sorry.

8) does all dates have to be exact ( dates of work ,residence, and schooling history)?- I cannot remember the dates exactly such as day for example but I think the month and year at least have to be correct. In my entire process so far I could not remember days exactly but I did remember the month and year and haven't being rejected because of that. They know it is impossible to remember accurately the dates, but I believe they expect you to know at least the month and year.

Since you already filled I think you can correct any mistakes at the interview. Haven't been there yet, but since you got your Green card and there are no major violations in your background, you will probably be okay.
