Is the immigrant registration form the same form we submitted during the seminar? or it is another form?

I made two copies of the registration form.

I gave only one completed emigrant registration form.

You are K-1, you do NOT have a immigrant data sheet. If you read the CFO website requirements they make note that requirement is only for IMMIGRANT visas.

You can open the plastic bag, you have to remove your passport.

Yes, the immigrant data sheet is NOT needed and you do NOT have it. I was going to edit my reply making that clear but it timed out and I fell asleep. lol Thanks for the clarification, Hank.

I opened the plastic bags on the side to get my passport and I didn't remove the two bags. You can remove them. I didn't remove the plastic bags to protect the visa packet.

I do agree the K-1 visa can be confusing for sure. It is processed by the embassy as an Immigrant visa, but the actual status of the visa is non-immigrant.

Your status does not change until you complete Adjustment Of Status after you are married.... THEN you become an immigrant.

The K-1 will get eventually get a person to immigrant status, big thing is that it gets a person to the USA quicker.

I am lost sometimes with immigrant and non immigrant, I remember posting the same question before to whether immigrant or non immigrant is the K1.
