Like the great Arny stated "it's not a tumor", I say this to you... it's not a transfer.

When you submit your K1 visa application, it doesn't go straight to the TSC. So please stop putting that information on your timeline without being SUPER sure. It is actually ruining statistics.

July filer here, TSC, waiting 5 months so far, yet my timeline prediction is saying November for the NOA2... super incorrect.

Called USCIS and they advised they're only up to May.

If we can somehow make it clearer for those joining that the locked box you send it to isn't the TSC, I think the timeline function on here won't be so useless and honestly, disheartening.

On a separate note, congratulations to all who are going through this process, those who are apart from your loved ones this holiday season. I pray for a speedy, smooth process for you all.

Amen. I'm waitnf six months and it's frustrating to look at Igor list and see a bunch of CSC people approved that applied like 2 weeks ago.

Both the definitions of "service center" and "transfer" are very clearly explained on the "Edit Timeline" page. In my opinion it is simply carelessness on the part of some VJ users who perhaps don't realize that the information they supply directly affects this website's processing time estimates. It's a shame, really.

Then you either had some special circumstance that resulted in an expedite or you were exceptionally lucky. The rest of us would like to know how we can achieve that speedy result.

Between the inaccurate "TSC" filers/Dallas Lockbox confusion, I agree there needs to be a query before this is completed which results in accurate results. At present Igor's list is about all we have to get any sort of idea as to likely time frames and the TSC question throws it totally out of line.

Any way this can occur when new members are setting up their profile?? (and existing ones can be adjusted).

You got super lucky or something. I've been waiting just for my NOA2 longer than your whole process took. I call uscis constantly and have contacted my senator. Not a thing I do makes any difference.
