I health insurance required for new k1 immigrants? Is the Petitioner required to secure health insurance right away? How do the new insurance laws affect k1 immigrants?

Obamacare you become eligible when AOS is filed.

By law everyone must either purchase health insurance via either your state or federal marketplace, obtain health insurance privately, or pay the penalty. Once you marry your fiancé and begin filing for AOS they are certainly eligible to either be added to your existing health insurance if you have it or purchase from the marketplace or private source.
