I had my interview on the 19th of November, 2014 but unfortunately the consular officer couldn't take my fingerprints for the oath since their system was down. She also said she couldnt book an appointment for me to come back on a specific date for the same reason(system down). So she gave me a document which she indicated on it "administrative processing" and told me they will call me. Its been over a month and i haven't heard from them.I am getting really frustrated each day as i check my phone to make sure i dont miss a call from them. Please does anyone have an idea how long it takes for them to call in cases like this?or has anyone gone through something like this before? What does it really mean for your case to be in administrative processing? We have gone through a lot with the pre-processing with USCIS and NVC already and my wife and I are really growing impatient and frustrated. Please i need help......

WOW that seems weird with so many getting approvals after you. I would contact the embassy again and ask is there another issue besides the machine.

I just had a friend pick up their Passport last week in Ghana. And they flew out yesterday.

I would call or email and ask when could you come in to complete the fingerprinting.

I emailed them 3 weeks ago but haven't heard anything back. I thought of calling but their website doesn't list any phone number for the immigrant visas applications.
