The Pat's would actually have been the #1 seed as long as they beat Buffalo next week, regardless of what Denver did. But it is always nice to see Peyton throw pics in an important game. Not that I'm sadistic or obsessed or anything like that.

I think it is too. And this time the defense is winning games for them. Brady has been less than spectacular the past couple of games. I think the offensive line slept through most of the Jets game. But Dan Connolly was out as was Edelman, Blout and Kyle Arrington. The line needs to get back to form for the playoffs.

Yep, Revis and Browner have changed that whole defense and Jamie Collins and Donte Hightower have really stepped up as well. The O line is the key for success, they need to be solid.

I think that a strong argument can be made that Revis is the most valuable player on the team. Him and Browner have done a great job. And Chandler Jones is back so the pass rush should be more effective. And all this with no Mayo too. I just hope Edelman, Blount and Connolly are back to normal for the playoffs. Edelman had a concussion, and he's Brady's safety valve like Welker was for all those years.

I was never a big fan of Mayo, I think he is overrated. I doubt he'll play for the Pats again. He makes a lot of money and can't stay healthy, he'll probably get traded.
