Interview on march 18, 2014, all was good co said: congratulations your visa is approved , go to pay the delivery service. They took my passport.

5 months later on ap they sent me back my passport and a letter saying case is under ap, nothing else.

At the end of august they said usc had criminal records, fiance usc sent his records, clear on october 24.

Then wgen they saw his records clear, they changed the story and said that the aplicant have criminal records, wich is false because never i have had police problem or justice problem.

I sent all my papers to show them that i dont have criminal records, i sent that on october 31.

On november 11 thay ask for my courts records, i cant have corts records because i havent been arrested or in jail.

All i sent again my police certificate and a sworn statement explaning that.

On december 19 i got a letter asking for a no arresting certification.

Stiil they thing that i have criminal records, even if they have all papers that show that i dont have any arrest or any problem with the justice.

On january i will send this las paper, if they dont do nothing i will tell them that close the case and finish my relationship.

It is a lot pain in all this process all for the stupid who work at the consulate at Santo Domingo.

Is it possible for you get the "no arresting certification" that they are asking for? I see that you say you don't have a criminal record. Is there a chance that your name was included in a police report but charges were never processed or that they were dropped. I know here the are lots of people who are arrested but are never charged or charges are dropped. In this case they are not convicted criminals but they do have an arrest record.

I dont have records at the police deparment, sometimes here people by mistake show some records , by that isnt my case, one police cheked on their system to see if by mistake i had a records and no, the police officer told me that even with my name there arent persone with records.

Never in my life i havent been arrested.

Never i have gotten a ticket on the street becausebi dont drive, i dont know to drive.

Never i have visited a police station, first time i talked to one police was when i asked for help to check my records and was by phone he is my cousine.

So i dont have nothing, i have sent them all the papers that have asked for, everytime i send them one document then they send a new letter asking for a new papers, this is rhe last one i will send on january.

If they dont do nothing i will say that closse the case and i will continue with my life.

Here in Santo Domingo co think that everybody is a criminal or is a fraud.

My name isnt in any police report , all my life is clear and all my papers are clear i have sent them 4 times.

There isnt any mistake at the police deparment with my name.

First they saidvthat usc had criminals records, when they saw his records clear then they said that me, the aplicant had criminal records, why tgey changed their story?

Because they are stupid that dont know what they are doing.

Has the USC reached out to his state senator for help? I would have them reach out to the embassy thier to find out why the are doing this to you.

That's an idea, to reach out to his state senator or get a lawyer....i think the US consulate has to show you what they have against you because they have been asking you the same thing using different words.

I'm very sorry about your situation...
