september PD.. Anybody got the approval letter/N0A2?

2013 or 2014? I have to ask because depending on which service center, your case is either progressing faster or slower than many people. When specifically in Sept is your PD?

Well if you're in CSC you probably have more hope than most who are stuck in VSC. It's been about a year now since my i130 has been with VSC. Not even touched. So you will probably find approval within the next month or so. The average is 5 months and they've been pretty good about sticking to the processing time.

VSC is the most hopeless processing center in the entire USCIS centers. Does anyone know if i relocate to California in near future will it help my application.

You'll have to file Change of Address. They will probably (I'm not sure how service centers are exactly assigned, I have had cases all over the place - Nebraska, Texas, California, Lee Summit, Vermont, while living in OK and AZ) transfer your case to CSC. The transfer itself will take some time.
