I-94 to AOS need help or advice

I applied for a naturalization February of this year, still single at that time. Got married overseas july of this year went back to america september of this year with my wife. Because of her multiple I-94 visa luckily she passed through an immigration officer with no problem. Did my oath taking recently and became a full pledge US cutizen. I didn't informed USCIS that I eventually got married july of this year because I'm afraid that might turn against my naturalization process. Now that we're ready to do the AOS for my wife, is there a big draw were it will affect my wife's chances to get her AOS approved and eventually get her a permanent residence status.

Any advice or help will be much appreciated. Thank you and may you all have a wonderful holidays ahead.

Day 400 (2/7/19) Denial revoked; N-400 approved; oath ceremony set for 2/14/19

Day 407 (2/14/19) Oath ceremony in Dallas, TX

An I 94 is not a visa. Not sure what visa your wife actually entered the US with, but I am fairly certain it was not family based.
