didn't it say i'm from texas from my avatar? so i think i'll file my paperwork in texas too.

You *have* to send the paperwork to the dallas lockbox. From there they decide where your paperwork goes. You have no choice. Since you live in Texas, it will go to the TSC. Which is a bad thing.

bad thing? please explain..

TSC used to take forever to approve, as opposed to CSC. But all of that changed around August this year. I have not followed the statistics since then so I do not know how fast TSC is moving nowadays.

Btw, I think zeta054's earlier question was for what country you are filling the I-129F form. Not what country or state you are filing from. I assume since you had asked for the cheapest place to buy tour tickets (or something like that) in VN, you're filing for Vietnam.
