Found out on Sunday when I logged on my NVC portal and found a N/A on AOS fee, I called this morning immediately that my was Case completed (L)

I am so happy

Just wondering how long more do I have to wait to receive my interview and packet 4 ??? I think the long wait has been finished Thanks god

YOU DONT HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEM TO GIVE YOU AN INTERVIEW ANYMORE, WHEN THEY RECEIVE THE CASE AT THE DOMINICAN EMBASSY IN A COUPLE OF DAYS, THEY WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL WITH A LINK AND YOU ARE GOING TO CHOOSE WHICH DATE IS BETTER FOR YOU =) THEY ARE DOING THIS WITH ALL THE INTERVIEWS TAKING PLACE AFTER JAN 1ST 2015

That is awesome. Will help a lot plan things out. Im still at nvc waiting review on aos checklist (our attorney messed up) our scan date Dec16. I really hope it doesnt take near 60 days. By the time we get approve new system will be in full affect. Im almost 6 mths pregnant so my husband will be interviewed alone.

That'll be denied and is a waste of time. People can fly up 36 weeks unless they are high risk. The USCIS and DOS do not expedite for pregnancy.

I did attach my doctor letter on pregnancy when I overnight the corrected aos to make nvc aware. Im already 24 weeks by the time they review and schedule interview will be about or more then 36 weeks. They dont expedite for pregnancy. But I did request expedite with other purposes and got congressman involved. Nothing hurts to try. Praying for a miracle it time cut.
