hello everyone,

My question is pretty much straight forward

I sent form i-751 request on removing conditions on August 19 and were delivered on the 21st of same month

On dec 1 if i recall, i recieved an RFE form i797E for the reason of proving good faith marriage evidence with a list of few evidence

I knew when i submitted my initial request that it werent enough i almost included nothing in that request in terms of evidence, not even a single photo or anything, some people told me its easy and they dont really care so i felt lazy doing it lol...

Anyway on Dec 19 i sent my RFE And they were delivered on the 21th that means last saturday

My concern is as follows:

In the RFE notice they requested proof covering the entire marriage period, but this is not possible as we didnt live together the entire marriage period because i had to stay overseas for my green card application to be approved for almost a year, also when i first moved in to the country we couldnt be together because i had to claim my prents house furnish it and make it ready for us while she had school to finish, so if i sent evidence for the period since we started living together, would this be sufficient?

And i would like to show you a list of what i filed:

Insurance policy on our cars stating that we are both covered

Joint bank statements from chase bank but the problem is hehe we had another bank account before that and i forgot to file that althought i stated on a sepaate sheet that i included that in the package

IRS tax proof that we filed jointly altho she doesnt work and it was for only 2013 as in 2012 i didnt really live in the country and i got a proof from IRS that i didnt file taxes on 2012

Around 30 pictures covering the nost important events in our life like trips as we like to road trip, few wedding pictures as our wedding was small, some professional shoots in a professional studio for our wedding and engagement

I stated that i included travel tickets and hotel bookings, i had them printed out but they were left behind in the desk, so they were never sent :(

Photo copies of our ids showing the same address (requested on the RFE)

3 affidavits from the closest people to our relationship

One from my best friend overseas

One from my cousin around us

One from our close neighbor who spends alot of time with us and his family and kids

All of them stating that we are close and nice couple

A report from my wifes doctor stating that she hasnt been pregnant yet and she have been seeing the doctor for a while for the reason that she is not getting pregnant, we really didnt have any luck with this,

Credit cards, all of my credit cards she is an authorized user on them, no one pretty much told me that there is something called joint credit card account :s so i didnt send any credit card statements as her name doesnt appear on any of them :(

A pre lease agreement showing that we tried to move to Los angeles showing both our names on it but the move never worked out for work related issues

Lease agreement on our current residence showing my mom as landlord and both of us as tenants as she gave us the house for 3 years lease with no lease payment but bearing the cost of fixing the house, maintaining it, paying the bills and be responsible for everything that incures during our tenancy,

A car title showing both of us are joint owners with **full rights to survivor

Do you think these are enough? And do you think i should send the left behind documents?

Also the cheq is not yet cashed???!!!! Its been 4 months now and the cash hasnt been cashed out, i called USCIS and they said no notes about the cheq as bounced or anything

And can some one give me time frames? Like how log would it take them to respond to the rfe? And on the case status it doesnt show any updates all it says is REVIEWING

You can explain your joint residence matter on a head letter. Send everything you can and worst scenario is an interview but it is not that bad. Review RFE response varies case to case so we can't really tell, mine took only 10 days when someone has been waiting for more than a year! Good luck.
