So this woman hits our car from behind at a traffic light couple months ago...we are okay..but trying to setle with her insurance state farm...The guy we were dealing with is a real mutt..period. Yea I know these guys live to lowball on behalf of the company but this guy is arrogant..unprofessional...attempted to be real condescending to my wife on the phone. Er...then I called him back and returned the favor in kind...

Anyway..short story long...We refuse to deal with this clown further. How do I get someone else in charge? Just call em up..say we have a problem with this guy and want a new rep from their side handling it?

Thanks for your time. Appreciate it.

Best,

Kev

Maybe you'll know when you've seen it

Maybe if you say it you'll mean it

hi there

if you have his direct number i would find out the number to the company where you could ask to speak to the manager of claims (im assuming here thats the department) and request to be transferred to someone more professional..tell them the dates you have talk to this guy and give them a rundown of the type of conversations you have been having with him..

on the flip side you could also write a formal complaint to head office stating his name and what he has been putting you through...this way head office knows about his conduct with customers and claim customers..

me being a newbie to this country i would of done this in my own...

good luck and i hope it is resolved quickly for you..remember politeness always gets to the mutts lol

take care

I was hit by a State Farm Insured vehicle in CA a few months back. MAde the mistake of stopping at a Pedestrian crossing.

State Farm were fine, actually much better than I expected.

In CA they work in teams, and I hope they do not have the same staf working their openeing hours.

I think I rang them 3 times and spoke to 3 different people. They just pull the file up, presumably on screen.
