So I want to check one more time with everyone to make sure I have everything in order for my I-219f fiance visa application. I went through the guides over and over but it doesn't hurt to have opinions here :)

Here's what I have:

cover letter

completed i-129f with original signature

payment

copy of my birth certificate

4 g-325a's for me and 4 for my fiance both with 1 passport style photo

(although i am concerned about one address i had because i didn't know the number of the street i lived on. i just put "number not known." and explained i had no way to locate the info. do you think that is okay? i only lived there 5 months.

two original letters of intent to marry from my fiance and i.

proof of having met the last two years:

photocopy of my passport showing my stamps to his country

one airline ticket and baggage tags with dates going to his country

a print out of an airline ticket i purchased to his country.

a bank statement showing that ticket purchase and purchases made in his country

another bank statement showing purchases in his country from another trip.

photos (about 8 varying from the first time we met, and the last, one with us and his family)

proof of an ongoing relationship:..... i know this isn't necessary but from what i hear, the moroccan embassy makes up their mind a lot of the time before they even have the interview with the beneficiary. so i was encouraged to put proof of our ongoing relationship in the initial application.

my phone bills showing how many hundreds of dollars i spend calling him!

copies of a few of our MSN chats

a few emails selected one per month since we met.

i guess that's it. did i forget anything? any more advice? i also planned to take the advice from the guides and two hole punch the top and bind them with fasteners. do most of you do this?

thanks for your help!!:D

hi there

we used paper clips to seperate the sections....

did you get photo copies of his birth certficate also and his passport if he entered the u.s.

the only thing i could suggest was to post it express post next day delivery and keep the receipt number so you can track it on usps online....and make a copy of the entire package for your records just in case they send an RFE i know its something not nice to think on but just in case they state to you we didnt receive such and such...

good luck to you and i hope it is a speedy process for you both

take care

Hi there,

I didn't have a copy of my fiance's birth cert. so i included a copy of his passport first page. I used index tabs to separate and included a table of contents. Also, remember to write your names and info on the back of all photos and your names on the back of the passport photos. I put the passport photo for myself in a zip lock back and stapled to the front of my g325a forms and did the same for his.

I used UPS for delivery with no problems. I mailed overnight thursday and they received friday am.

here's to a speedy journey for you!
