4 week is good enough ) if there is 3 weeks movement, our p.d will be around june 2015, and that is 6 months away )

Need ur help in some clarification,m confused. Plz help me in following matters:

1. We submitted sponsors last year n got CC in March 2014(see signature,please.) But retro hits n still waiting for interview. Now its going to b one year of sponsor n joint sponsor. They signed it on 09 March 2014. Is it having any expiry date? I have already reissued my PCC. Do we need to do same with I864 too? Is it hacing one year validity?

2. My joint sponsor mentioned 2012,2011,2010 incomes in i 864 bcz at a tine of submission of this to nvc,2013 tax were nt paid. Right now,m having tax transcript of 2013 for sponsor n joint sponsor both. Do i need fill up new I 864 to update income of 2013 in it?

3. In 2014,my husband lose his job n doing for only few hours but our joint sponsor is having 3,50,000$Income. can it impact anywhere in my visa or interview?

When NVC sends the I/L it will have a list there of what documents you should bring to the interview. Read it carefully.

As far as I know, the i864 has no expiry date. Once it is signed, its good and valid. All you need to do is bring the most recent ITR and W2 of the petitioner and joint sponsor to the interview. If the joint sponsor is married and filing jointly with his/her spouse, bring also the W2 of that spouse.

Thanks a lot dear. I already have Tax transcript of both. But my joint sponsor is self employed so there is no W2s for him. Joint sponsor n his wife file tax jointly. So,only one transcript is there for both. My husband is having tax transcript,w2 both.
