hmmm, like the other poster, i only saw one case from california transferred back to cali. it's weird. in any case, our file did not get transfered but we already have an interview date upcoming. that is, a day after my husband's i-94 expires. hahaha... interview just a few weeks from today. :) ackk

Just curious how you know that because the website says:

I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence - Removal of permanent residence conditions (Spouses of US citizens and lawful permanent Residents) - July 17, 2006

Not trying to be argumentative just wondering how you came by that information

Removal of conditions comes after you already have your 2 year greencard and are going for a 10 year one. The dates we are concerned with are those for people who are trying to get the 2 year greencard in the first place, not remove the conditions on it. You can see on my recent topic though that supposedly CSC processing dates for family based AOS are immediate or process them as soon as they get there.
