Ok, so my fiance ang her son went to the USE in Manila on the 16th of December for interview. The Consul said that everything was in order but a DNA testing between my fiance and her son needs to be done. They returned both their passports and said to wait for an email from the embassy detailing how to go about getting the DNA testing done. Today we received an email telling us that our case is in Administrative Review and to wait for a mail coming from the Embassy. I attached the email below. Im hoping that someone on here had the same experience and could share further information on what to expect next. As you could see there is not much on this email. Thanks!

I know of one other that had to do this process, they suspect she is not the child's mother.

I believe they have that same suspicion with my fiance and her son because prior to them bringing up the DNA testing requirement they asked my fiance if she could show them some of her pictures when she was pregnant. Well, when she said she doesnt have pictures of herself when she was pregnant thats when they said DNA testing needs to be done.
