What in the world are we supposed to be watching and waiting for now? An email? Just keep check on ceac visa status? What what what? Lol.... he chose to pick his visa up at DHL headquarters since he lives in the city. Jamaica btw. Its been 4 business days and its still stuck on ready for interview

Once CEAC shows issued you can start to track it using the ais.usavisa-info.com webiste. They must be still reviewing the case. Did he need to proived any additional items?
