Hi,

Sorry about all the hard time y'all been facing. But when you mention NEW file it means you will have to send a new case (Everything again) and then they will just forward it to NVC (So automatic approval without a new adjudication)?

They asked me torend our copies of the petition because it got lost while it got sent to NVC.

So now they have it. They will expediate it to the nvc for processing.

Big week we had! received our case ready yesterday after almost 3 weeks! got packet 2 today! and send it back today! next week ill get my interview and medical date!!! almost done!! can't wait!

Wow, I thought it was sent to NRC and if so they should be able to get it back..But at least you know your petition will be on track again and soon enough everything will be settled!

Does the appointment notification come through email or through a letter to the fiancée? I'm pretty sure it's by email, but I'm wondering how you all found out?

Hey I'll let you know how it worked for my fiance. He's in Karachi so he went to the place to send everything to the embassy. He went the papers last week. Today he got a call and they told him he has an interview scheduled for the 25th and he can pick up his paperwork on Monday.

I was able to reschedule interview from 4/20 to 3/2! Our interview is now THIS Tuesday!

how were you able to reschedule? at what point in the process were you allowed to reschedule? what was your motive to get them to change the date?

My appointment is april 7 I can't wait!

We have to keep up in an aos topic. I've put together a checklist with everything I need for the aos. If anyone wants it I can always try and post it here.

Feb.23,2018: Mailed I-751 to CSC

Mar. 21, 2018: Received NOA

April.6,2018: Received extension letter 

April.24,2018: Waived Biometrics
