For any one that is curious, these were the questions they asked my fiance.

How did you meet her?

When is the last time you saw her?

Where does she go to school?

What is she studying?

Did you ever have any problems with the law?

He said it lasted all of five minutes but he waited for 3 hours to get called up to the window. He wished him good luck and said to come back on friday and pick up his visa. :)

Thanks again everyone. Just a question. my ceac status says administrative processing. Does that just mean they're getting the visa ready because they told my fiance it would be ready in a few days? I just thought it would say approved so that's why I ask?

Yup, it'll say administrative processing while they get it all finalized and printed out. It'll changed to "issued" after it's been printed - usually a couple of days. Congrats! :)

So awesome to see all of the visa approvals and upcoming interviews! Tomorrow my fiancé and I will schedule his interview, we just paid the fee today for the DS-160 (we don't receive a packet 3 or 4 in DR, everything is done by the petioner/beneficiary electronically) and it is so nice to see all of June filers getting closer to the big day! By THIS June we should all be with our loves, remembering when we first mailed off our original packets. It was a long stretch but it was great going through it all with you guys and gals :)

The total amount of days from the date I mailed in our K1 Visa application to the day my fiancé stepped foot into the USA:

1 year, 3 months and 8 days.

The amount of days from the date we mailed in our AOS to the date everything was approved (after 3 RFEs):

7 months & 5 days

Which makes our journey a total of:

2 years, 3 months, and 8 days

(L)"I remember the days I prayed for everything I have now." (L)

I think we are lucky, we saw TSC processing times of about 6 - 6.5 months average, now its 7-8 months. Imagine the frustration! Well, best of luck to everyone here! And yes, God willing, everyone in this batch is with their loved ones by June!

I was wondering what the current processing times were, 7-8 months? I am very happy I hauled a** and filed when I did!

How did you know when NVC received your papers? Mine were sent from TSC on Feb 11, I called today and they said they haven't received it yet. Is this normal? btw called 44 times and waited on hold for 56 minutes ;p
