I'm sorry guys but I'm losing my mind for sure

we got NOA2 on December 2nd and USCIS shipped our case on December 5th to NVC

Today is January 28th and NVC hasn't received our case yet.

my fiancee has kept calling USCIS and NVC since December 20th twice a day and she always ended up with USCIS sent the file, NVC hasn't received the file.

she tried to see one of the officer of USCIS in Newark but they refused to meet her and they gave her an appointment on February 3rd, and last time she talked with tire 2 officer of USCIS he told her we ought to wait 90 days to put an inquiry.

it's a game now and the two players (USCIS and NVC) aren't in hurry to finish it.

I'm going crazy for sure to see all people of the same batch who got approved with us approaching their reunion with their lovers while we have to wait for weeks or months, God only knows.

Don't give up hope yet! It's a tough situation but it will still get sorted out. It's not like it's stuck at NVC but they should at least be able to tell you when it gets there. It doesn't seem right at all. At least she has an appointment now to talk to someone. I have heard people getting more information when they go to the field office. February 3rd isn't too far away so just see how that goes and let us know how it went for you. Praying for you that it will get resolved and you'll be with your fiancee soon :)

Big week we had! received our case ready yesterday after almost 3 weeks! got packet 2 today! and send it back today! next week ill get my interview and medical date!!! almost done!! can't wait!

So the NVC was closed today as well! The more and more I look at it, a March 21st wedding is looking impossible! :( Hopefully they reopen tomorrow and already have the case in their hands! Ps. Congrats on the Visa Approval

My fiance had his Medical last week and yesterday he picked up the results. I'm mildly worried because at the time of the medical they re-took his X Ray 6 times. They didn't say anything to him, just kept re-doing it and when he picked up the packet, nothing was said to him either. So does this mean there is nothing to worry about?

Still no case number...it's been 2 weeks since it was sent to NVC and 3 weeks since approval. I am going to try and call right now. Wish me Luck! I need it :(

I think it wasn't closed all day. On the website it says they would open at 3:30 today

They were closed in the morning till 3:30. I got through later after about 10 redials

Hi everyone, FINALLY made it here, our NOA2 happened today. I'm sooooo excited, just in time for my birthday, best bday present EVER. Looking forward to seeing what's next and frankly, just to be here. YAAAAAAAAAY!
