RFE I need help ASAP please !!

Hello everyone, me and my fiancee are so confused about the RFE letter we got today this is what it says :


you filed a benifit request which requires form G-325 A, Biographic Information Sheet. Form G-325A states to list the past 5 years of employment history and to answer each question. If the question does not apply mark none or N/A. The employment section for both only lists 2 years of employment history.

Please submit a properly completed Form G-325A for both ( her name ) and ( my name ) with your original signature.

we filed that form with two jobs we had for two years cause that's all we both had. do we need to write N/A for the other sections ? we're so confused.. please some advice !

So they need you to put for the previous 3 years unemployed or write N/A as you do not have a work history beyond the last two years you already stated

You need to describe last 5 years what did you do for work if one year or two years you did not work you should say n/a or no work for this period
