Hi im going to resubmit my application for AOS...

M told that i dont need to submit EAD form and AP form and still receive EAD And AP in the mail.. I just wanna make sure i process it this time correctly... Im sick and tired delayed 2mons now...

Please advice me guys thank you...

Hi, you have to send EAD and AP with AOS, since they are complementing AOS.

Dec - 1 - 2014 - card mailed ??

Dec - 3 - 2014 - Combo card received ??

Dec - 15 - 2014 - email received with interview date for Jan 15 2015! ??

If you do not send in the applications for EAD/AP, you do not receive EAD/AP.

NOA1:  09/12/2014;  Biometrics:  10/06/2014;  EAD/AP Received:  11/26/2014;  Interview Waiver Letter:  01/02/2015;

Although EAD and AP are optional it is very recommended to submit them for Conditional Green Card may issue more than 3 - 6 months or longer, unless you don't have plan to have a job soon or travel outside US the you are fine.

M goin to write a check for 1070 ...635 for each of my children

Should i write my name on the check

Payments for i-485 application fee

How about my kids?

Do i have to write each of their in each check?

M just confused after rejected my application twice...

Wanna make sure i make it right this time...

Also m concern how long do they cash the check after they received my package? Pls help thanks alot...
