question about I-864

Hello everyone we got check list from nvc Nov 22 about I-864 we sent it in Dec .My question is about the signature .we did it in Blue is that ok or we will egt another check list about the color of pen?!!

in the instrusction they talk only if you fill i-864 form by hand then u use black ink and thereis nothing about signature should be in black ink too

I would recommend asking in the NVC Filers thread. Saylin is very knowledgeable. One of my friends swore she signed in black ink but got a checklist for signing in blue. She had to resubmit and wait an additional 60 days. I've read of this happening to a few others. They want it signed in black ink.

Are you serious ?!!! .that is really stupide if they will give us another check list as they did not ask us to sign in black ink too .!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Double check with Saylin in the December NVC filers thread. The 2 options I see are waiting to see if you get that checklist, or send it in with black ink signature. Saylin knows more about the current NVC process than I do. My friend got checklisted for it around May. Good luck
