Yes, and you need that same number for the 2NL.

Hopefully you will get an interview in the next round, you submitted your form quite late so that will have delayed it a bit.

How are you guys. I registered for the dv lottery as a Ghanaian but I was Niger and used an address in Niger for the registration. Now Foreign state chargeable is Niger, what does this mean? And it's implications on my Application but I used a Ghanaian address for the form Ds-260. Thanks for your help

Where were you born? Your chargeability should be the country of your birth.

Anyway it doesn't really matter if it is an error as both countries are chargeable to Africa region, which means it would not have affected your chances of winning. (If the region was wrong it would have disqualified you.)

thanks. my case was current in october, but i was in india for a small business. so i delayed in submitting the form.
