No they do not go chasing them down. As long as she keeps her nose clean and her head down, she can live here illegally for years.

something similar happened to me in 2010... She can live here for years as Caryh said... so if you want to feel better just have a few babes kick her butt....lol

My ex fiance filed false domestic violence charges on me when she realized I was not going to marry her shortly before her visa expired. We did not marry and I was not arrested because she called when I was at work. I did not marry her because she has drinking problem I was not aware of and she ended up getting naked drunk at the palms hotel here in Vegas in some strangers room....

Is she capable of getting AOS or some other status visa to stay in the country?

Did the authority know about her getting naked drunk at palms hotel in Vegas? That's certainly a crime involving moral turpitude (CIMT)

No, security at the Palms said there was no reason to call cops so they just had an ambulance pick her up and take her to a local hospital

Well, being taken to a local hospital where she's treated for drunkenness is as bad as it is...

I must be getting old and slow. What exactly happened that security, an ambulance and going to.the hospital was involved

Seems she was passing out! That's scary too

She would wait for the next amnesty.

Really?

The supposition is that the next amnesty will be in 5 years.

My ex fiance called the cops when i was at work on october 30, 2014 and claimed i pushed her and kicked her before i went to work and she had a key to our room, she locked the room and told the cop (who never went in the house at anytime according to my roomate who was translating from spanish to english for the cop) that i locked her out of our room preventing her access to her clothes. She then kicked the door open and took a picture of the damaged door and pictures of us on the walls with her cell phone camera to prove she lived there.

I was never arrested or questioned by authorities, and i do not have my name in the court system.

So instantly my friends said she is attempting to prove emotional abuse by showing the pictures and police report to the VAWA to stay here. Her k1 visa expired November 25, 2014 as her 90 days are up now. So will she be approved?

We never married and were living together for about 8 weeks before this happened here in Las Vegas. I didnt marry her due to her gambling problem and drinking problem i had no idea she had. She got naked october 1 in a hotel room after partying at a night club at The Palms Hotel. I was with her but could not force her to not go with the 1 girl and 2 guys to the hotel room because if i put my hands on her security would have thrown me out and she still would have gone, so i saw a side of her that made my decision not to marry her. After the naked hotel incident, security helped get her out of the room but becuase of her drinking condition, they chose to send her to the hospital to checked up and was there for 15 hours while i waited for her to get better at her bedside

No. Under VAWA the applicant has to prove that they had a bona fide marriage, and by extension that means they were legally married.

No marriage = no VAWA, under any circumstances.

she can't find Vawa, but she will.probably try to file.U visa, but because you were not arrested.she won't be able to get a certification from the police. As soon she realizes you need to be arrested in order for her to have the U visa approved then she will make your life hell. She doesn't need to be married to file U visa. I suggest you file a restraining order against her.
