did anyone else have this problem with their moroccan fiance? will they accept this photo or does he need to send me a whole new one? i even sent him my photo as an example of what size it needs to be! :crying:

They won't accept it if its not the regulation size. You can do what we did. He took a photo and sent me the digital copy in email, I printed it out at home and cut it with my photo cutter. Worked just fine. :star:

I don't know about the dimension requirements, but we both got our photos for the petition taken in Morocco. We got whatever is considered a standard passport photo over there and they worked just fine.

Mine did the same thing and we got approved. I would just send it and tell hiim to send another bigger and if you get an RFE then you at least have a number and you can respond right away. I am not sure how you want to go about it, but me I just wanted to get in line. One of the forms I had to do an attachment but I was not sure if he need to sigh the attachment or not. I mailed the package out and then I told him to mail me the additional write up and sign it. So if they ask me for it I can send right away to the VSC. But this is only an opinion.

Right. I guess it's better to be safe than sorry, but if what he sent you was considered passport size in Morocco, than I think it would be accepted.

I think safe is better than sorry too. I wouldnt send something in if I knew it had a chance to get an RFE. The good part is that he can take the photo and email it in one hours time. So you won't really lose much time this way.

well i just called USCIS and he said that it needed to be "passport size" . so i asked america size or morocco size? and he seemed confused then responded "america".

Right since you are submitting it here, I would guess that too. However they might accept the other ones when he has his interview.

I printed a wallet size and cut it out. :D Just make sure the photo is not too much of a close up.
