I'm wondering if this is true? I know in the interview the officer has everything you've mailed to the USCIS, so maybe sending all this info makes their "pre" decision more in your favor?

Then again, maybe not!

Thanks for the thoughts. I went ahead and mailed her AOS/EAD today. Sent it Prioritymail certified. So now we start the waiting game again. I pray we have all that is needed. I have learned from the K-1 process not to worry as much. I know I will still worry a little though.

Cool, make sure you get your timeline in your signature started, it's helpful to know where you are at

4. Copy of the Full Birth certificate (front and back) for the US Citizen or a copy of ALL pages of the US Citizen's passport. This is used to establish citizenship.

5. A copy of petitioner's proof of naturalization. (If applicable)

6. A copy of petitioner's proof of permanent residency. (If applicable)
