Address consistancy

Hey. I, the UK Citizen aka the beneficiary am engagded to my finacee, US Citizen aka the petitioner

We currently live together as students in the same house in the UK and she is going back to the states in August (where hopefully all going smoothly I will be joining her).

When filling out the I-129f, should we use her permanent USA address in the "information about you" question? I thought that would make most sense, yet it will look inconsistant with evidence such as our confirmation of our current shared address etc? Same applies to the G-325a form as she will list her present address as her UK one....

We want all mail to go to the US to her permanant address....

Hopefully that makes some sense and someone could shine some light on my confusion!

I (the USC) am in a similar situation. What I did was list my Canadian address on the form and next to it wrote "See note A2" or something like that, and on a separate sheet I explained the situation a little bit and listed my permanant address. I don't think they will send anything to foreign addresses anyway (or at least, that is the impression I get since they sent my NOA1 to my American address).

I think you could go either way with whatever address you write on the form, but I would definately provide the US address somewhere, and for peace of mind, I would also explain that she currently resides with you in England.
