You have your MNL # .... It is ROCK n ROLL time!!

Pay your visa fee at BPI, get your appointment scheduled then complete your medical

Normally I would say follow the flashing arrow below for details, but being you are on a phone I will post the link

I called US EMBASSY MANILA to inquire if they received my Case already and if they can provide my MNL CASE# and the Agent said they don't have any details on the records yet. Does this mean they haven't received my Case yet? Or i really need to call NVC?

NVC assigns the MNL case numbers, so calling them would probably be the best way to get your MNL.

NVC sends the cases to the USEM. If the NVC tells you that they sent the case to the USEM then the USEM will have more info after they receive the case.

Thanks Hank, is it really necessary that i need to have the copy of the entire package of the i-129f with me for the interview? According to this http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide i need to have a copy of it.

And now I'm currently arranging the documents required mentioned here

Use the link that Hank gave you. Every question you have asked the answers are there. Example; If you read Hanks guide it would of told how to get your MNL # and what to do next. Its complete with phone numbers and everything else you will need.

Your making this harder then it already is.

I appreciate your comment. But I'm not asking on how to obtain my MNL case number nor did i asked questions that's already on Hank's guide. My concern is, if it's necessary or required to bring the entire copy of the I-129f on my interview day, which is BY THE WAY that's what VJ guideline indicated.

I don't know if it is required. I plan on taking the full i-129 copy with us to the interview next month.

Cool! I basically don't see the relevance of bringing it with us on the interview day lol. I'm asking because my fiance will be mailing me documents tomorrow, so if it really does require or the consul might ask for it i guess he needs to send me the enitre copy too.

I'm glad that you already had your schedule, on my part i'm waiting till Friday to call the embassy to verify if they already have my file then that's the time i'll pay and check the schedules. #veryexcited

The guide for the embassy process sucks pond scum, I never recommend. No you do not need a copy of the I-129F petition at the interview - they have the ORIGINAL. Leave it at home.

Use the embassy instructions letter for what is needed for the interview, bring what is listed there, use the instructions letter as your checklist.

I don't mention the I-129F petition in my guide.... NOT needed. ;)

I don't know if it is required. I plan on taking the full i-129 copy with us to the interview next month.

Take anything and everything you please to the interview. But bringing a copy of the I-129F petition is a waste of time. What you need to bring to the interview is listed in the embassy instructions letter.... use that for your checklist.

No need to wait to pay your visa fee and schedule your interview, as long at you schedule your interview 4-5 weeks out from when you got your MNL# there should be no issues.
