Changing jobs while waiting for case complete?

First off, I am the USA sponsor for my wife. Is it possible to change my job if my financial requirements are still met without the one I have now (joint sponsor) . Or, will I have to stick with this job until my case complete and/or interview at the counselate occurs? Currently, we are almost at the end of our 60 day wait for a checklist. Thanks.
