September??? Was she given a 221g or any other document? Have you been in contact with the embassy over all these months?? What are you not telling us?

What is the status on the CEAC website?

There is the potential reason for the delay.

Did you check your emails from the embassy (spam filter even) ? Your fiancee was given a 221g for a CENOMAR, most times they email that to her (or whatever email they have on file) and it has the instructions, you print out a copy of that email, take it to NSO pay the fee then NSO will deliver the CENOMAR to the embassy. Did you do any of that?

If you did not do this, or receive the 221g email/letter call the embassy and get this handled.

Did she include the letter she got from the embassy with the CENOMAR ? Something is amiss, someone dropped the ball maybe, for sure you need to follow up with the embassy if they already have the CENOMAR.

she never got a letter, the NSO delivered the Cenomar. THE only thing the embassy gave to her was her appointment letter with a stamp on it saying (FP DONE IMMIGRANT VISA UNIT).

How did she know the embassy needed a new CENOMAR? The embassy does put that in writing, either a letter handed out or an email, and a copy of that has to be returned with the requested document. So if NSO sent the CENOMAR to the embassy, how was it notated so that it got matched up with the correct file?

we forgot to get a cenomar for the interview, when they checked her requirements the day of interview. they told her she needs to bring that back. but they still interviewed her and they said she passed she just needs a cenomar.

and when I called the embassy they said they already received the cenomar on sep 21
