UPS said they cannot locate the address

I am really concerned about my package the UPS office has an issue locating this address USCIS California Service Center

P.O. Box 10751
Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-1075 and i told him to try again, he said he cannot locate but he still put the address in my package and before UPS we went to FedEx they said they don't deliver PO Box. is there anyone here had same issue?...please advice. thank you

UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box number. Please use Priority Mail from the USPS (post office)

Biometrics appointment for 2020-03-27 has been cancelled until further notice as all field offices are closed because of COVID-19.

***NOA dated 12/10/2020 USCIS stated they are able to reuse previous Biometrics***

Interview was easy. My hubby's Oath Ceremony is scheduled for February 25th. I can't watch >sad< but happy he is getting his certificate!

Did Ups take your package? I do not know if they deliver to P.O box. I know FedEx does not. You can use USPS priority mail it will get deliver overnight with tracking number and I think it cost less.

Did Ups take your package? I do not know if they deliver to P.O box. I know FedEx does not. You can use USPS priority mail it will get deliver overnight with tracking number and I think it cost less.

Yes they take our package. im gonna go back tomorrow and withdraw the package hoping they will let me

very stressful :(

Just FYI...

There is a difference with USPS Priority Mail and USPS "Priority Express"... Priority Express is not sent through the automated sorting machine but regular Priority Mail is. I first sent ours regular Priority and it was damaged so badly that the USCIS would not accept it... They sent it all back and I had to redo it all again... this has set us back 2 months now... My suggestion is to pay the premium price for Express and feel secure it will get there...

I work for UPS and I can tell you that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. P.O. = Post office so UPS is unable to deliver since it is a United States Post Office. UPS should have never accepted it. That is why there is also an address listed for the service centers so that parcel services like FedEx and UPS can deliver also.

The only service allow to deliver to P.O. Box AND military service men/women addressess is the United States Postal Service. I cannot recall the address structure for service men/women.

Now as to what service to use when sending documents to U.S. Customs.

Think of it this way, this is not the time to save a dime. The delay in delivery can cost you months of additional waiting.

Spend good money for good service.

I sent my First Class Certified Mail ( USPS Form 3800 ) and signiture return receipt ( USPS Form 3811 ) to send mine. There in nothing wrong with using this service. It's fast and easy.

I mailed mine on July 05, 2013.

The documents were received on July 09, 2013

I received the signiture return card on July 11, 2013

and then 07/17/2013 : I-797C, Notice of Action (NOA1) / Received in mail today. (Notice Date : 07/11/2013, VSC) (Stamp date on envelope : 07/15/13)

See my time line below.

I could have sent it overnight, but there was really no need.

In closing, you cannot use the P.O. address to OVERNIGHT documents through U.S.P.S.
There is a physical address to OVERNIGHT DOCUMENTS weather you use FED EX, UPS, or USPS.

Please keep in mind that some dates are only known after receipt of another document.
For example, the USPS Form 3811. The stamped receiving date was not know until the original Form 3811 was received on 07/13/2013 1:30 p/m CST.

Thanks for all your advice. anyway i had an update, we went in UPS store again to ask if we can get back the package but the mail man picked up the package yesterday so i guess i just have to wait and also i found my receipt to track the shipment. the USPS picked up my mail in UPS store so i hope and cross finger that they will deliver it in the right place.

ok that's weird - you got a receipt with a tracking # - what level of service did USPS use from the UPS store? I'm hoping the clerk there at the UPS store realized his/her mistake, and gave you a freebie on USPS priority mail with tracking, without signature confirmation.

just regular mail, the guy didn't even ask me what level of service, anyway he is new employee

Contact UPS , and I think the can change the delivery address. Ask them to divert the package to the lockbox street address.
