I submitted a I-130 petition for my husband and was recieved at the Nebraska Service Center on October 3, 2014. I would like to add my husband's daughter to this petition. How do I go about doing this? Should i send the petition now or wait for to get approved first? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You have to file a separate petition. You can add a letter and a copy of your husband's NOA1 and request them to be processed together.

Thanx all for your advice i will be sending in the petition soon.

Hi, I just want to wish you luck. I am also petitioning for my husband and step-daughter. It is a long process, please make sure to make any mistakes on any forms because that really, really delay your petitions. Believe me, I am talking from experience..
