Iri,

When you sent your petitions did you include a cover page detailing the documents you are submitting and the names of each and every applicant?

i just looked up my copy and the coverletter says - enclose you will find 2 forms I-130 for Irina and Michelle ...

....Form G-325a for Irina, beneficiary..... ..... ...Form G-325 for Michelle, beneficiary/stepchild...

that was right or?

so basically we fill out the agent of choice form at nvc and then do nothing untill we get news for my daughters case?

could also pay the fees.... but do nothing more than that, at NVC, for visa application/doc intake, until the 2 casefiles are joined up.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

A G-325A doesn't have to be completed for minors.

if he can fax today, sunday, that will shave a day. just saying.

when he calls in on Monday, ask for the name and email address of the Immigration Liason staffer.

Then he's to fire off the email - the contents of which, I hope, he's been prepping now.

I hope you two can shave off as much time as possible, as Constituent Offices have a wonky holiday closing schedule - I pray you two 'get in' with a human on Monday, who then has to schedule their own time to research and reach-out to the Congressional Liason officer at that USCIS service center.

just to verify-

1. Fax the privacy release form.

2.Call senate office? i only found the phonenumber of the senate office in washington DC, would that be the right one?

3.e-mail the Immigration Liason staffer whos mail we will find out on monday by calling, describing our situation...any suggestions here? we both aren't the biggest writers :( just tell them for how long we have been waiting at uscis and that my case was shiped to nvc and i don't know whats going on with my daughters case?

i know i ask alot of you, especially at this busy time of the year and im very thankfull for your help (F)

If your state is CALIFORNIA:

step 1: fill this out and fax it (fax number is on the form) http://www.boxer.senate.gov/en/services/assistance/upload/Boxer-Privacy-Release-Form.pdf

step 2: Call their local office first thing monday morning

Sincerely,

Ariani

You should if it's needed yes.

So follow Darnell's advice and see where this gets you.

Boxer's offices:

FWIW - all fax #'s listed get to Washington, DC, so i think they have some efax service set up. If he can, fax that privacy release form to all #s, a shotgun effect, today.

Must to call each office on Monday, ask for the name of the human in constituent services staff that is serving the role of Immigration Liason Staffer - is no rule that there is 1 in each office, at all.
