Hi, I have a rather urgent question. I just received my conditional green card and noticed on the tear off portion of the paper the card was attached to there are two barcodes on the right side (while the card is attached on the left).

I see that the barcode on top says "receipt #",but the barcode below has "card #" which is not at all found on either the front or back of my card. It is 14 digit number including a letter. In fact on the back of my card, in that shiny RFID part, there is letter saying "card#" which actually is indicated by my application number (same ad receipt number)

I have to travel outside the country urgently, and want to make sure if this is normal. Do any of you have that "important notice save this part" tear off portion? Does yours contain the card # matching actually what is on the back of your card as your card #?

I would really appreciate your help. This is so very urgent for me.

Thank you.
