Pending EAD for morethan 90 days

Hello everybody,

I hope that someone will help me or give me some advice. I filled up forms I 130 and I 485 in September 2014 based on marriage with USC.

After that we had an RFE for I 864 and we'v submitted after 3 weeks.

My biometrics appointment was on October 10, and since than none of my online status updated, and i haven't received my EAD card yet.

I am without job and it's just. hard....

Ive called the USCIS customer service, and they said hat ill receive an answer in 30 days...

Please help.

Did you file an I-765 also?

Your RFE on the I-485 also paused the 90 day clock on your I-765, if you applied for it.
